01Order your kit
Choose your test and we ship a sample collection kit to your door, free delivery in 2 to 3 working days, in plain, discreet packaging.
02Collect at home
Provide a simple saliva swab or stool sample using the sterile kit and the step by step guide. A few minutes, whenever suits you.
03Lab analysis
Post it back in the prepaid envelope. Our accredited lab runs whole genome sequencing or shotgun metagenomics, results typically ready 2 to 4 weeks after the lab receives your sample.
04Results and consultation
Your personalised, clinically reviewed report appears in the Phenome app in plain language, with a 1 to 1 consultation included to talk it through.
