Phenome Longevity
Cookie policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026.
1. About this policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Phenome Longevity Ltd ("Phenome", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website (phenomelongevity.com) and in the Phenome Longevity app. It should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data more generally.
Phenome Longevity Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 13926236. Our registered office is The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London SE1 9SG, United Kingdom. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under registration number ZC006359.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your computer or phone when you visit. It lets the website remember things, such as what is in your basket or whether you are logged in.
We also use similar technologies that work in a comparable way:
- Local storage and session storage: places in your browser where small amounts of information can be saved. Session storage is cleared when you close the browser tab. Local storage stays until you clear it, or until our website changes or removes it.
- Software development kits (SDKs): pieces of code from other companies built into our app.
In this policy, "cookies" means all of these technologies.
Some cookies are set by us ("first party cookies"). Others are set by other companies that provide services to us ("third party cookies").
3. Cookies that do not need your consent
We keep cookies to a minimum. Our website sets no cookies of its own, and everything we use falls into one of these groups:
- Strictly necessary: keeping the products in your basket, taking payments securely and preventing fraud, keeping you logged in to your account, and showing the status of your order when you come back from a payment page. The service you ask for would not work without them, so they are always on.
- Remembering your choices: your country, your language, that you have answered our country and language bar, and which product reviews you have marked as helpful. These only remember choices you have made yourself, so the site works the way you chose.
- Measuring how our website is used: we count page views and the steps people take, so that we can see which pages help people and fix problems. This saves nothing on your device. Section 6 explains how it works and how to object.
4. Cookies that need your consent
Our website and app do not use any cookies that need your consent. This means we use no advertising or marketing cookies, no social media pixels and no analytics shared with advertisers.
If we ever want to use cookies that need your consent, we will ask you first and switch them off until you say yes. We will also update this policy.
5. The cookies we use
On our website (set by Phenome):
| Name | What it does | Type | How long it stays |
|---|---|---|---|
| phenome-storefront-cart | Keeps the products in your basket while you shop | Local storage | Until you empty your basket or clear your browser data |
| phenome-storefront-coupon | Remembers a discount code you have entered | Local storage | Until the code is removed or you clear your browser data |
| phenome-storefront-country | Remembers the country you chose for our shop | Local storage | Until you choose another country or clear your browser data |
| phenome-storefront-language-choice | Remembers the language you chose | Local storage | Until you choose another language or clear your browser data |
| phenome-region-bar-answered | Remembers that you have answered our country and language bar, so we do not show it again | Local storage | Until you clear your browser data |
| phenome-account-session | Keeps you logged in to your Phenome account on our website | Local storage | Until you log out or clear your browser data |
| phenome.votes.v1 | Remembers which product reviews you have marked as helpful | Local storage | Until you clear your browser data |
| phenome-checkout, followed by your order reference | Shows the status of your order when you come back from a payment page, such as Klarna or PayPal | Session storage | Until you close the browser tab |
None of these is used for advertising or shared with other companies.
On our website (set by Stripe, our payment provider): when you reach the payment step of checkout, our payment form is provided by Stripe, which sets these cookies to detect and prevent fraud:
| Name | What it does | Type | How long it stays |
|---|---|---|---|
| __stripe_mid | Helps Stripe detect and prevent fraudulent payments | Cookie | 1 year |
| __stripe_sid | Helps Stripe detect and prevent fraudulent payments | Cookie | 30 minutes |
Stripe may also set cookies on its own domains inside the payment form. If you pay with PayPal or Klarna, you are taken to their own pages, which use their own cookies under their own policies. Apple Pay and Google Pay are handled by your device or browser.
Other services our website loads: our website loads typefaces from Google Fonts and, on our order tracking page, map data from the jsDelivr network. To deliver these files, those services receive your IP address and basic information about your browser. They do not set cookies on our website. Our links to YouTube, Spotify, Instagram and LinkedIn are plain links: those services can only set cookies if you follow a link to their website.
In the Phenome Longevity app: the app does not use cookies. Secure storage on your phone keeps you logged in, and the app’s own storage remembers your settings. Firebase Cloud Messaging, a Google service, gives your phone a token so that the app can show you notifications. The app contains no advertising SDKs and no third party analytics SDKs. If you connect Apple Health or Google Fit, our Privacy Policy explains how that data is used.
6. How we measure the use of our website
- What we record: the pages you view, how you move through them (for example clicks and scrolling), the products you look at, the items you add to your basket and the steps of checkout you reach. We also record general information about your browser and device and, if you arrived through one of our campaign links, which campaign it was.
- Nothing is saved on your device: our measurement uses no cookies, no local storage and no session storage. A random code is created in your browser’s memory when you open a page and is discarded when you leave it.
- It stays with us: the information is sent only to our own servers. We do not share it with advertising networks or analytics companies.
We rely on our legitimate interests in keeping our website secure and improving it, as explained in our Privacy Policy. You can object at any time by emailing us at info@phenomelongevity.com. You can also use your browser’s privacy settings or extensions to block measurement on the websites you visit.
7. How to manage your choices
- Browser settings: most browsers let you block or delete cookies and site data. If you clear our website’s data, your basket, discount code, country and language choices will be forgotten, and you will need to log in again. If you block Stripe’s cookies, you may not be able to complete a payment. The help pages of your browser explain how to do this.
- App settings: in the app you can log out at any time, and you can turn notifications off in your phone’s settings.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the cookies we use or when the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. If we add cookies that need your consent, we will ask you first.
