You have 30 days from delivery to return your device. It should arrive in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive it, we refund your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Warranty
Two year warranty.
Every Phenome device is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of delivery, sensors, battery and finish included.
