How do I activate my test kit?
Register the Kit ID in the app before you post your sample. A sample from an unactivated kit cannot be matched to you.
How long will my results take?
Two to four weeks from the lab receiving your sample, depending on the test.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to every country available at checkout.
Can I request a refund?
Unused, unopened kits can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Once a kit is activated or a sample is processed it can't be refunded, but if a kit is faulty or the lab can't process your sample, we'll send you a new kit free of charge.
How do I get my results?
Everything is delivered in the Phenome Longevity app. You will get an email the moment your report is ready.
