Phenome Longevity is a preventive health company that reads several layers of a person’s biology, genome, microbiome and continuous wearable data, and interprets them together.
One paragraph
Phenome Longevity is a preventive health company. It sequences the genome, reads the microbiome by shotgun metagenomics in its own accredited laboratory, and measures sleep, heart rate and recovery through a ring worn on the finger. The results are delivered in a free app, where an assistant reads the layers together and answers questions in plain language. The unit of value is healthspan, years lived in good working order, rather than lifespan.
On the name
A genome is the fixed code a person is born with. A phenome is everything that code became, the traits actually expressed in the body someone is living in today. The genome takes one instrument to read. The phenome takes several, which is the company’s whole argument.

Founded in 2022 as AA21 Biotech; became SZA Longevity in 2024; became Phenome Longevity in August 2025. The laboratory still operates as SZAOmics and the app is still published under SZA Longevity. If you find three names in your research, that is why, and we would rather tell you before you ask.
Laboratory and methods
Samples are processed at Phenome Omics, the group’s own laboratory, which holds CAP, CLIA and ISO accreditation. Genetic tests use Whole Genome Sequencing. Microbiome Tests use Shotgun Metagenomics rather than 16S Sequencing, the more comprehensive method, which resolves species and function rather than genus alone.
What it sells
The PhenomeTech Ring in titanium and ceramic; genetic tests by whole genome sequencing; gut and oral microbiome tests; supplements formulated against a person’s own results; consultations with genetic and nutrition specialists; and a free app on iOS and Android where every report is delivered. There is no subscription, nothing is charged monthly to see your own data.
Please ask before publishing any figure that is not on this page, participant counts, customer numbers, turnaround times and accreditation details all move, and we would rather confirm one than correct one.

This is a young company. If you ask us for an award, a customer number claim or a piece of coverage we can point to and we do not have one, we will say so rather than assemble something that sounds like one. When there is something real, it will be here.
